They read my review, found the mistake and promptly sent me the right chain after I returned the other one.
It's nice to know that they read their reviews and take action to keep customers happy. I like that.
Also, the new chain is quite pretty and exactly what I wanted. Thanks!

"The chain itself is fine, pretty, and the right length. But it's not 1.2 mm as advertised. It's .8 / .9 max. I noticed this as soon as I took it out of the box, and even measured it to be sure.
I wanted something thicker. I play sports, and don't want to not wear my engagement ring, which was why I got this chain. Which was also why I wanted a thicker one. Lucky for me, these aren't contact sports, so I'm not worried about it getting yanked off.
It's nice, and it will do, it's just not exactly what I wanted."
