(More customer reviews)Unfortunately, this purchase from amazon falls far below expectations. In reading the product details, I assumed the necklace was 14kt gold throughout. I tried to contact both amazon and supplier kool jewerly prior and post purchase to confirm, but still have yet to receive a response.
After wearing the necklace for a week, it already tarnished and turned, thus low quality and not completely 14kt gold. It appears the silver necklace is either sterling silver or a metal chain in lieu of the 14kt as mentioned. I can only assume the balls are 14kt gold. I purchased jewerly cleaner which again cleaned the gold balls, but left the chain dingy.
I would not purchase and would recommend the supplier to provide details and a 1-800 number or email for customer service. At the same time, request they place a proper retail price fitting fir the product. It currently states $600 and sales price $200 or so. I do not think it is worth $20 from the gumball machine.
Even the jewerly discounter Ross-simons would prove a better alternative.
