While the Blue Nile pendant came with a chain, it did nothing to enhance the diamond. I thought a box chain would work nicely. I like the 0.6mm width/weight of this chain. It is heavy enough to hold the diamond but light enough not to take center stage. I had purchased a 1.00mm box chain elsewhere, and it was actually kind of ugly...too thick. For a simple little chain, this one has made me very happy.
