Have a friend that ordered from them in April 2011, paid and has yet to receive the product!
My necklace was terrible! And I ordered it as a gift after seeing it on the Today Show on "Jill's Steals & Deals". This company has no contact numbers published (a bad sign)so the only way to try to reach them is email. They will NOT respond to emails!! I have repeatedly asked for information on how to return my necklace for a refund and all I ever get (if they respond at all) is all sales are final!! Well, ya shoulda told me that BEFORE I ordered!!
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!
