First, when the pendant arrived it had a blemish on its front side so we had to send it back. When we received the exchange the pendant was ok but the chain had one crushed link that has broken down after some days...
I hope that what happened to us was a unique case, but anyway the other buyers should know about such cases, especially if they are looking for a gift for someone and want to avoid bad surprises.
