(More customer reviews)Unlike the previous review, I knew this was gold plated silver and would not last forever as I am very familiar with gold plate. However, I have only worn this necklace 5 or 6 times for a total of less that 20 hours and the gold plating has actually flaked off from about 25% of the necklace. I've never seen this. The gold will wear off of such necklaces over time from rubbing on the skin -- usually they last 2 years max for me for regular use. But this is of such poor quality that it is actually flaking off after only a few times' use.
Do not buy this.
