(More customer reviews)there's no way the chain is 18 inches. I'm keeping it...it was a gift to me from my Mom and I've been wanting a gold holy spirit dove necklace for years. I'll buy a new chain. I also got the earrings to match but they were tiny, too, as if for a child. I still wear them...wish the post was a bit longer, but I can make it work. Other than that, they're beautiful!
