First, I made an order october 12th, Rich Peel send it the next day, outstanding service
Second, there was some misunderstanding in the beginning, I send email to them and they reply to me ONE hour later, outstanding service
Third, Rich Peel promised it will arrived october 25th, It arrived october 19th, our wedding anniversary, SIX days earlier, outstanding service
Fourth, The product was really handled with care. It was in envelope, In the envelope was a small box, and in that small box was smaller box. If I would, I could throw the package on the floor without damages. Outstanding handling.
Fifth, In the package where some candy, it was nice. Outstanding marketing
Sixth The product (Butterfly neckles) was more beautiful than I thougt, Outstanding product.
I am really pleased, The photos on the web should be more precisely and bigger, the photo don't show how nice the product is.
Highly recommended !!!
