(More customer reviews)This was a special present for my wife on our Ruby Wedding Anniversary. She is in UK and I'm in East Timor on business. I wanted a ruby and I wanted to source it in the UK so it could be delivered on a due date without any worries about customs duty. I was trying to avoid the situation whereby my wife knew it was a present but had to pay customs duty before it was handed over.
Katarina managed to do that - how I do not know. The UK webpage inferred that the item would be sourced in UK. Imagine my horror when I learned from tracking the shipment that it was being sourced in New York!
Katarina - you need to tell prosoective purchasers that the price includes any customs duty that may be payable.
That aside my wife was thrilled.
