(More customer reviews)The necklace arrived in a small ziplock bag in a bubble mailer. This protected it shipping but put some kinks in the cord I couldn't get out. I tried hanging weights on it, getting it wet and keeping it taut while it dried but it still had kinks that made it hang funny even when I had a pendant on it. So I hit on the idea of ironing it. This did the trick. Ironing compacted the cord somewhat so it is a little thinner than before but I actually like it better this way. Clasp is a nice silver and having the extender to make the length adjustable is a bonus. I recommend.
