I've been looking for a home church and wearing this cross actually introduced me to the leaders of an African Orthodox church - I was surprised because I thought (living in the Bible Belt) that there weren't any Orthodox churches around here. I was VERY surprised to find out that there are TWO! I love the cross, I receive compliments on it all the time. Not many people know the origin of it, or what religion it comes from, but those who do admire it. Those who don't slanderize my beliefs. Then again, I live in the Bible Belt. I'm very glad for this purchase, this cross is priceless to me, it's become part of me and I wear it everywhere. It has weight to it, but it's not heavy, you definitely know it's there though!
