(More customer reviews)I ordered this necklace on September 15th, in plenty of time to use it as a prop for a Mad Men Halloween costume. When I recieved it, the pen part of the necklace was damaged and unusable. I contacted the company and they sent me a return envelope so I could send it back for repairs. Being that it was the first week of October I told them that I did not want to send it in if they could not guarantee that I would have it back by Halloween, and they assured me I would have it. On October 21 they left a message on my husbands cellphone stating that they could not figure out what was wrong with the item. I called them back 2 days later. First they told me that they couldnt find my order, then they told me that they sent it back to me on 10/20 (obviously that was not true as they called on 10/21), then they told me that when I sent the pen in it went directly to the repair department and it came back up to them from there, and that's why they couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. The girl then assured me that they had mailed it back on either the 23rd or the 24th, so I should definitely have it by Halloween. Well, it's November 4 and I still don't have it (It's not coming- these people are so disorganized they don't know what they are doing). Now I'm out $20 + shipping and I had to buy a similar product to replace the one I didn't have for Halloween. This company stole my money and lied to me several times. I will never order from them again.
