(More customer reviews)My fiance wanted to get this for me for Christmas. I was so excited about opening this locket on Christmas day. The package from Katarina Jewelry arrived on the 23rd, however, it WAS THE WRONG LOCKET completely. It was a cheaper locket by far than the one that was supposed to be the order. My fiance attempted calling Katarina Jewelry and all that comes on is a answering machine every time he called in attempts to avoid the customers. They noted that they would not be able to call the vender until January 4th, not even shipping the item after that. When I checked this locket again yesterday the 23rd, and today (Christmas Eve) it now says it's unavailable. I will most likely NEVER get this locket. Craptastic Christmas bc of this jewelry website. Horrible business.
