The diamonds don't really stand out too much because of the metal stud design in between each diamond. It glimmers a little in the light. The chain is very sturdy and solid - sterling silver.
I got the present for Christmas, so it is very special to me. I wouldn't pay the regular price for it though, the sale price is enough.
